JLT Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake / 2011-13 Mustang GT / BOSS - Tuning is Required

The JLT CF CAI is the first ever intake kit made available with the 112mm ID MAF housing. At only 429.00, the kit provides a smooth interior with a quietly-muffled sound fitted at the tube’s center. A cap is placed for easy removal of the tube, and capping the fitting of course.

Its 4.5” tube opening is complemented by a 4.5x9” tapered flange filter, with stainless clamps and a silicone coupler for a sleek, smart look. It must be noted that no metal tubing is ever used as port of the components.

2011-13 GT and 2013 BOSS 302 kit users must take note that the JLT CF CAI kits can easily fit in as specified, though a coupler (2.5”x2”) that acts to improve the fit using a BOSS manifold can be provided. Simply select “BOSS” in the specified drop box if it applies so you can avail the 2.5” coupler swap for free.

Automatic Car Owners

Automatic cars require additional fitting upon request (see ordering options).

Heat Shield

ABS Plastic Heat Shields are designed to block the heat coming from the engine and at the same time introduce cool air via the fresh air inlet.

Gains and Testing

Easy Installation

Maintenance

Proper cleaning of oiled filters is best accomplished with the Oiling and Cleaning kit. Purchase a second filter so you can go about removing your existing filter to have it cleaned with the second filter positioned in place. The JLT CF CAI is not CARB-approved. All 2013 owners are advised to take advantage of the water blocker plug to prevent water leakage into the filter.
